Dear Erman,
We are planing to upgrade our 11.2.0.4 database to 19c with ebs r12.1.3 environment.
the issue is we are having oracle linux 6.7 operating system and the requirement for o/s is Linux 7.4 or high.
I have checked with oracle support, they have replied that oracle linux 6.7 upgrade for Linux 7 are only possible , if there is no component / product are install. its mean we have oracle linux 6.7 with database.
it is not fresh operating system, kindly advice us how we will go for upgrade as we are very critical production environment.
