On 12.2.9 DB 19c on AIX

In read me of p32922089_101232_AIX64-5L.zip

It is said:

#  Please Apply  Mandatory Patch 8925337.

Are the following queries enough to show that 8925337 is not applied:

select distinct (PATCH_NAME) from apps.ad_applied_patches where PATCH_NAME='8925337';
no rows selected.
select bug_number,bug_id from apps.ad_bugs where bug_number='8925337';
no rows selected.

No. It is an Oracle Home patch.. You have to check the oraInventory of the related Oracle Home and see whether that patch is applied or not.

Then I did the followin but no row returned:
$/x/patchs/patchs_socle_appstier/oracle_common/11.1.1.9.0/26933408(run)$ export ORACLE_HOME=$FMW_HOME/oracle_common
$/x/patchs/patchs_socle_appstier/oracle_common/11.1.1.9.0/26933408(run)$ export PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch:$PATH
$/x/patchs/patchs_socle_appstier/oracle_common/11.1.1.9.0/26933408(run)$  opatch lsinventory | grep 8925337
$/x/patchs/patchs_socle_appstier/oracle_common/11.1.1.9.0/26933408(run)$

What is wrong?

Check lsinventory output and see whether the patch is applied or not.
If you re checking the correct oracle home abd if there is no output produced by that grep command of yours , then this means that patch is not applied.
