patch application

Hello Erman,

when I am applying a patch(Patch.21576845:R12.PO.D. ) on a test instance, it is taking more than 2 hours. I have seen the log file, there is no error. It is stuck.

Check db sessions. What are their current waits?

There is no wait sessions or locks. There was a problem with the patch. After running it, we had to see if some file versions got updated but it was already updated. no need to apply it.
