perl adbldxml.pl failed RAC environment

its urgent related to prod unable to generate this

Could not Connect to the Database with the above parameters, Please answer the Questions below

Is the environment correct? I mean the environment variables?
How about the contents of listener.ora? Did you chceck that?

In which stage you get this error? Why do you build the context xml for PROD ? Are you in the middle of an upgrade or what?

there is some issue with default script to generate context.xml in RAC environment to solve this issue i have created context file with manual method it works
