prepare got failed. fsclone got failed what action we can perform now

Hi Erman,

We have got issues in prepare phase. prepare got failed.
oracle suggested us to go for

adop phase=abort,cleanup_mode=fulle  adop_phase=fs_clone

but fs_clone also got failed .below is current status .
