1)Only CMCTCM ? Does any other conc. program fail with this error?

2)Answer the question above, and send me the following file file further diag..->

(a) Listener tracing at support level taken at the time of the issue
Note 395525.1  How to Enable Oracle Net Client,Server,Listener,Kerberos and External procedure Tracing from Net Manager (netmgr):

(b) Listener log for the same period

(c) Listener services output
$ lsnrctl services <listener_name>

(d) Settings of Local & Remote Listeners (if any)
$ sql> show parameter listener

3)Relink CMCTCM program (just in case)

4)Ensure your apps tier TNS entries are correct. (just in case)

5)Ensure your dbc file is correct (just in case)

6)Read this document as well: Troubleshooting Guide for ORA-12502 TNS:listener received no CONNECT_DATA from client (Doc ID 453505.1)

I think you had a problem during that period, in your db listener level.
But if it is working now, leave it , dont touch :) good...

You need to check the logs for the problematic time interval, as I sent you in my previous updates.

Hi erman,

we dont see any such error in dbalert log or db listener logs as well as application listener.is this could be a network problem as well?

we can see only in request logs

Cause: AFPCOA failed due to ORA-12502: TNS:listener received no CONNECT_DATA from client

Thank you

Ok.
You need Listener tracing at support level taken at the time of the issue.
But, since the problem is not occuring now, you can not get that trace now.
Next time, follow -> Troubleshooting Guide for ORA-12502 TNS:listener received no CONNECT_DATA from client (Doc ID 453505.1) "and get listener support level taken at the time of the issue."
