question on mod_wl_ohs.conf and apps.conf

when mod_wl_ohs.conf is used for load balancing,then role of real load balancer is reduced right.

mod_wl_ohs.conf is used in EBS 12.2. This is so by design.
Load balancer's work is with HTTP server. In any configuration, it is so.
