question on oacore bounce

Sri
Hi Erman,

We are asked to schedule oacore bounce every 3 days during midnight.we have 2 node application with 4 oacores.2oacores on primary and 2 oacores on secondary.

If we do a rolling bounce, will this create any errors to users in case if any one already connected and using OAF pages.we need your expert answer

Thank you

You need to test this.
I believe, it will create issue for the connected users. (users using the OAF screens that are served by the managed servers which are bounced at that time)

You are doing something wrong.
You can't login to application when oacores are down.
Ensure you are correctly stopping them..
use ps command to identify any java processes that are left.

so use ps to identify the oacore server's java process and then kill it.
After that, retest. You will get errors.
