Please let us know,When do we require ocm response file?
opatch auto <UNZIPPED_PATCH_LOCATION> -oh <GI_HOME> -ocmrf <ocm response file>

The option -ocmrf is used to provide OPatch the OCM responses during a silent install.

However, if you are using OPatch 12.2.0.1.5 releases and later, then this option is deprecated.
Since OCM is no longer packaged with OPatch, the -ocmrf is no longer needed on the command line.
