Hi erman,

Can you please let us know how index is being handled during online patching?for example if a patch has some index to be created then how it is happens in online patch cycle

Objects that store data on them such as tables, indexes,
materialized views, and sequences may be considered noneditionable objects.

So, the new index is initially created with an alternate name, which will then be updated to the correct index name during cutover.
