what is the reason for same password for nodemanager and weblogic

This is a requirement that we have in EBS 12.2
My answer to this question, because it is so :)
It is by design. The EBS WLS tier administration/maintanence code is probably written that way.

I believe, some developers at Oracle decided to do so. Okay. That's it.

what is think is while we are starting admin server it also checks the node manager and might be that gave same password to have less code :)
