rac one node installation

Hi Erman,

We want to install RAC one node standby database for our primary rac database .I couldnt find any proper document.Can you help me about this?

by the way we will install 12.2 oracle database on Redhat 7.4

I meant db and grid version 11.2.0.4 but we will install for standby 11.2 db but grid will be 12c.Our primary is working redhat 6.9 but new standby will be on 7.4

11.2 db will work with 12c grid. No problems with that.

What you need to do is to install RAC one node to your standby site. Then using a method like rman duplicate, you will create your standby database on that RAC one node..
