After rebootless node fencing was introduced,how and in what cases oracle will go for reboot in rac environments.we are on 12.1.0.2 EBS(12.2.5)

Basically, in rebootless fencing, the clusterware will attempt to stop GRID infrastructure gracefuly on the node.. So it is not directly reboots the node. It only reboots the node if the rebootless fencing fails.
