  what could be the fixes if Forms are opening slowly in r12.

1)Which form is opening slowly?
2)How many seconds does it takes approx.?
3)Did you check the client side? (I mean is the client CPU idle and is the network okay?)
4)Check this note and ensure your client environment is a recommended one -> R12: Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 389422.1)

Also follow the document named -> Troubleshooting Forms Applet issues in E-Business Suite (Doc ID 1300317.1)
Enable java console - tracing/logging to see if there are any errors reported by the forms applet during its execution.
