regarding forms

Iam getting this error when iam opening a form
     
FRM 90926 Duplicate parameter on command line

I updated the following profiles
        Forms Runtime Parameters to record=forms tracegroup=medium
       ICX: Forms Launcher to http://rws60048rems.us.oracle.com:8058/forms/frmservlet?record=forms
after this iam getting this error

The error self explanatory.. It is caused by duplicate parameter specification.
As your see, you use record=forms in Forms Runtime Parameter and also you use it in ICX: Forms Launcher (frmservlet?record=forms).

Delete record=forms from one of these profiles and retest...

I bumped into this error today. I believe the problem lies in the below doc id where Oracle Support has mentioned 2 methods for achieve the same thing.
1. Using profile
 'ICX: Forms Launcher'

                           OR
2. Using profile
 'ICX: Forms Launcher'



However, format of the document is confusing and we often end up setting both the profiles following the doc id in sequence.
R12: Forms Runtime Diagnostics (FRD), Tracing And Logging For Forms In Oracle Applications (Doc ID 438652.1)

The doc id has
Option 1: Obtain FRD Trace Using Profile Options
                       Method 1: Using profile option 'ICX: Forms Launcher'
                       Method 2: Using profile option 'Forms Runtime Parameters'
There is no extra line before Method2 and misleads Apps DBAs to set both profiles as part of Option 1.
