replication of tables

Source database(1): Oracle Database 10.2.0.5.0

schema name: X

Platform: Red Hat Linux 5.11 (Tikango)

 

Source Database(2): Oracle Database 12.1.0.2

Platform: RHEL 7.4

schema name: Y

Actual size: 20.4 GB


Hi Erman,

I would like to know which tool would be ideal to replicate schema tables from source database(1) and source database(2) to the target database? Is Oracle Golden Gate best option?

This is a very generic question Roshan..

It depends on your needs..
What kind of replication you want? What kind of data you have? What is the importance of this replication?(critical level). How fast you want it to be? etc..
