responsibility error

Sri
Hi Erman,

When user login and select a responsibility(custom),he was getting "Page encountered an error, please contact system administrator".The same responsibilty can be access by other users.

As a workaround,we are end dating the user and creating a new user, then he was able to access the responsibility.we have raised an SR for this issue long back but it was closed without solution

we are not using SSO

can you please help us

reproduce the problem and check the oacore logs.

Okay..

You have:

oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /xxttd/oracle/apps/ap/payments/mbook/webui/MBookNewBillPG, XML Path = {1}. Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.

This may be related with a incorrect personalization in user level.

follow this document and check:

One User Is Not Able To Access The MES, Error "oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.gmo.instruction.kiosk.server.KioskInstanceInstructionProcessAM'" (Doc ID 2316936.1)

Don't limit yourself with the document. It just gives you the idea.
Check your customization. Check your general personalization.
Anything that may be related a user level failure?

the object that we see in diagnostics is custom.
So this can even be a deployment problem.

Recheck:
