Do you have /NFS/DWARE directory in your remote server os5500.mtg.local?
Did you exported that directory on remote server? What does showmount -e returns?
Is the exported directory name correct? Is it really /NFS/DWARE?
Can you reach the remote server with its name or with its ip address?
Are the permissions okay for the /NFS/DWARE?
