I would like some advice on career path.

is a certification in GoldenGate Implementation Specialist 12c worth? Can this increase my chance getting a job as system admin/engineer?

Which certification do you think is more demanding on the market?

Is it necessary to get an MBA/Masters degree or certifications along with degree is enough?

Kindly advise.
