This conflict is not documented, but you should remove CIH8 to continue patching..

CIH8 is a patch delivered with startCD 12.2.0.48
DN1F is not delivered with any startCDs.. So normally, it should not conflict with CIH8, but here it is conflicting...

Look at the following bugs... DN1F includes CIH8.. In addition DB1F has additional fixes.. so I would rollback CIH8 and apply DN1F.

The following are the bugs fixed by patch DN1F :

*17220061 - ADAPTER FRAMEWORK LIBRARIES AND DEPENDENT FILES FOR REST PROJECT
*17331802 - INVOCATION OF APPS ADAPTER IS FAILING FROM STANDALONE CLIENT
*17351504 - BPM-INFRA LIBRARY FOR EBS REST PROJECT
22617333 - Oracle Apps Adapter not setting apps context correctly
25243323 - APPS ADAPTER FAILS WITH INVALID USERNAME DURING ISG REST STRESS TESTING


The following are the bugs fixed by patch CIH8 :

17495356 TRACKING BUG FOR SMARTUPDATE PATCH OF MLR BUG 17431995 --Note: not important.
