That document (Doc ID 2191678.1) talks about the case where NODE_NAME is followd by domain name. But in our case in table APPS.TXK_TCC_RESULTS, in NODE_NAME column , server name is not followed by domain name.

I try to update $CONTEXT_FILE and run autoconfig to see if anything changes.
