On R12.2.9 DB 19c on AIX
from 2398299.1

I should
1. Please compile below file to database.

  $ICX_TOP/patch/115/sql/ICXECMCS.pls
  $ICX_TOP/patch/115/sql/ICXECMCB.pls

2. Clear the System Cache

Can you be kind and show me how to do?
