You will just run those pls files and then clear the cache, using the action plan below ;

A. Sign on to Application
B. Select Responsibility: Functional Administrator
C. Navigation: Home page ->> Select: "Core Services" Tab
D. Sub- Menu ->> Select: Caching Framework ->>
E. Then Select: Global Configuration ->> Click: "Clear All Cache"
F. Click: Yes
