I edit the adop_sync.drv file. In between '#Begin Customization' and 'Copy Ends' I put:

rsync -zr /u01/oracle/PROD/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ce/12.0.0/bin /u01/oracle/PROD/fs2/EBSapps/appl/ce/12.0.0/bin

My current run edition is fs1
