I think you copied the database when it is running on its primary site. Because I see recovery problems.
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01194: file 1 needs more recovery to be consistent
ORA-01110: data file 1: '/u01/oracle/PROD/db/data/system01.dbf'
Well...
Cloning document clearly says that;
Log on to the Source System database node as the oracle user, and then:
Perform a normal shut down of the Source System database.
Copy the database (.dbf) files from the Source System to the Target System.
Copy the Source System database ORACLE_HOME to the Target System.
So, at this stage, you can continue manually.. That is you can recover the database yourself and do manually the things that are done by the adcfgclone.pl dbtier .
Alternatively, you can reclone your database according to the "Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Rapid Clone (Doc ID 1383621.1)"
