large lreg trace file

Hi,
On 19c we have large lreg trace file:

-rw-r-----    1 oracle   dba      1730940645 Feb 09 17:05 orcl_lreg_15729144.trc

Can we remove this file?
Can we stop tracing? Is it bad to do that?
