Cannot Launch Forms

Hi,
R12.2 and 11.5.10.2 on AIX DB 11.2.0.4
On the same work station (Windows 10) when launch Forms in 11.5.10 EBS we receive:
In order to access this application, you must install the J2SE Plugin version 1.8.0_51. To install this plugin, click here to download the oaj2se.exe executable. Once the download is complete, double-click the oaj2se.exe file to install the plugin. You will be prompted to restart your browser when the installation is complete
But we have no problem to launch Forms in EBS R12.2.4.
It is the case for IE and Chrome brawser.
