Form not open after upgrade to 19c

Dear Erman sir,

After upgrade to 19c , forms are not opened and it has blocked for firefox & IE browsers.

I have added in the trusted list and also in the compatibility view but not be able to run the forms.

Kindly check the errors with the attachmentform-error1.JPGform-error2.JPG and advice.
