WorkFlow Mailer notifications and Test are not received

Hi
In R12.2.4  DB 11.2.0.4 on AIX

Test mail are not received
Mail _STAUS is SENT, does it mean they are realy sent?



In WF_DEFERRED table they are all retained. For example ID 14340806:



System team says process is killed:

Jun 2 16:06:18 server mail:info imapd[42795022]: Killed (lost mailbox lock)

Because mailbox file of IMAP user is used by several process then it is locked.

Might they be true?

 Any WorkFlow parameter that can prevent this locking?
