Basically, I don't think it is possible and a workaround can be the following ->
You may create the same Oracle Home using oakcli and then replace the newly created Oracle Home with your desired one using filesystem operations (cp, mv.. ).. This may be a workaround..

But! again...  ask it to Oracle Support as well.
