If it is waiting for the database we need a trace -> Level 12 - Raw Trace File

How to Generate SQL Level traces (Level 4, Level 8, Level 12) for Performance Issues [Document 364479.1]
Sort TKPROF using the following syntax:
tkprof .trc .prf explain=apps/pw@yourdb sort='(fchela exeela prsela)'
