R12.2 installation on rhel 8

Installation failed while installing webtier.Need your expertise.We have verified and downloaded only the required zip files.

Installing Web Tier Utilities.


Using /u01/vis/apps/fs2/inst/apps/VIS_visionerp/temp/xmldocs/instWeb.xml
