The cause is still "Missing prerequisites in Oracle E-Business Suite Release Notes, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1320300.1)"

Yours is a workaround, which is documented in "RW-50010, undefined reference to '__stack_chk_fail@GLIBC_2.4' (Doc ID 2848069.1)". It just repackages that jar with the libc.so.6 from the OS folder /lib64..
