If you are not using those forms, you can ignore .. This is a demo , just a  VISION env right.. so..
About your font problem -> Send a screenshot and let me see it..  It may be related with the client side.. The java launcher.. A compatibility mode or something may result such a problem.. It may be related with the client side java config I mean. But send me a screenshot and details about your client side java & its config.. At the same time, make your Client Support check your Windows PC and your Java installation.. You may consider reinstalling Java ( a supported one, with a supported/or recommended config) -- > as a quick try.
Review -> Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 12.2 and 12.1 (Doc ID 389422.1) and ensure you are not in a awkward state in your client side.
