Hi,

These are the steps called "Post-Steps After the Database Upgrade"
So,  I couldn't understand the exact steps you are asking about? What is the correlation between having EBS env files and executing those steps? The MOS doc already gives you step by step method to follow. So I couldn't get it sorry.. Please revise.
