noparallel option seems logical. (because you have "ORA-33288: Another user has incompatible access to analytic workspace") -- it is already documented -> ORA-33272: Analytic Workspace ODPCODE Cannot be Opened Error When Installing Patch 4398235 (Doc ID 462412.1)

But it is for adpatch.. For earlier releases..

There is an instruction in MOS.. You can give it a try...

MSDODPCODE.sql is for product removed from the system starting in 12.2.5
This file does not need to be run at all.

Open your merged driver file
Find line that executes MSDODPCODE.sql and comment out this line by putting # in front
Retry patching.
