Many WorkFlow notifications

Hi,
Recently we installed a R12.2.9 test system DB 19c on AIX.

It is not used by user. Just me as admin.

As son as we start Workflow mailer and sent a test mail, we receive many many notifications until we stop WorkFlow mailer and system.

How to stop this? Any table or Queue to purge ?
Or any other action?
