FS-CLONE failed

Hi,

On R12.2.9 DB 19c on AIX

FS-clone failed with in logs

ERROR: RC-50410: Fatal: OUI Registration failed with an Abnormal Termination error during call from ouicli.pl. Please check the log file /dz-xxx/appli/rcxxxxxx/fs2/inst/apps/rcxxxxxx_xxx/admin/log/ohclone.log for more details.

The whole output of adopscanlog -session_id= commande is attached.

As asked in adopscanlog , I looked at and saw:
ohclone.log:
LPX-00202: could not open ".../ora/10.1.2/opmn/conf/opmn.xml" (error 200)
  +709  XML parse failed: error 202
And I verified and saw that .../ora/10.1.2/opmn folder does not existe. How can it be disappeared.

But I see that :
Internal Concurrent Manager is Active.

adcmctl.sh: exiting with status 0

Checking status of OPMN managed processes...
