As I indicated in my duplicate poste:

Purge End Dated OMERROR Workflow

I ran Purge Order Management Workflow with the following parameters

Workflow Item Type : OM Error
Attempt to Close : Yes
, but we have still:
SQL> SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wf_notifications where message_type='OMERROR' and status='OPEN';
 COUNT(*)
   4964
I did not run bde_wf_clean_worklist.sql.
