You should check Oracle Support. Please be careful while reading the documents.
For instance P8S7 is for PSU 10.3.6.0.230418 and 1XN7 is for 10.3.6.0.230117* , and that's why they can not coexist. You should apply patches according to the PSU level.
If you upgrade your PSU, then it is another story.

Please check MOS accordingly and find your way. You won't need assistance in those things if you keep the things that I mentioned above in mind.
