*You don't need to perform System Schema Migration for applying AD/TXK Delta 14. So you don't need to worry about that.

But! If you want to perform System Schema Migration, then you need to apply AD/TXK Delta 14 first..

If you still want to do it, then apply AD/TXK and follow Document 2755875.1, Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 System Schema Migration, afterwards.. But again, it is not a must for AD/TXK Delta 14..
AD/TXK Delta 14 (or 13) however is a must for System Schema migration.
