Upgrade of AD/TXK Delta 14

Hi Erman,
We are applying AD/TXK Delta 14 patches following the document 1617461.1. We are on AD/TXK Delta 12 version.
EBS version - R12.2.10
Database- 19.17
OS - RHEL 7.9
We are following Section 3: Apply R12.AD.C.Delta.14 and R12.TXK.C.Delta.14 Release Update Packs
3.2 Path B: Existing Release 12.2 customers (below AD-TXK Delta 14 codelevel)
Step 4:
Download and unzip the two RUP patches and the bundle patch listed below into the $PATCH_TOP directory, which is the directory pointed to by $APPL_TOP_NE/../patch (UNIX) or %APPL_TOP_NE%\..\patch (Windows):
Patch 33600809 (R12.AD.C.Delta.14)
Patch 33602997 (R12.TXK.C.Delta.14)
Patch 34669333:R12.AD.C (BUNDLE PATCH ON TOP OF R12.AD.C.DELTA.14)
Note: You must also download and unzip any additional applicable patches from Section 4: Apply Additional Critical Patches.
Query:
1) Do we need to apply below 4 critical AD patches in section 4.1 by merging with Patch 33600809 (R12.AD.C.Delta.14)?
2) Similarly, do we need to apply below TXK critical patches in 4.2 by merging with Patch 33602997 (R12.TXK.C.Delta.14)?

4.1 Critical AD Patches
You should apply the following additional critical AD patches at your earliest convenience:
Patch 34668508:R12.AD.C
Patch 34669333:R12.AD.C - BUNDLE PATCH ON TOP OF R12.AD.C.DELTA.14
Patch 34681299:R12.AD.C
Patch 35280947:R12.AD.C
4.2 Critical TXK Patches
Patch 34708635:R12.TXK.C - If you are a customer using Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator (BNE) or Oracle Report Manager (FRM),
you must apply Patch 34708635:R12.TXK.C if (and only if) either of the following applies:
You are already on or are planning to upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.11 or earlier.
You are already on or are planning to apply R12.ATG_PF.C.Delta.10 or earlier.
Note: Patch 34708635:R12.TXK.C is not applicable for either Oracle.
