Document "Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1617461.1)" is updated. It is for AD / TXK Delta 15 now.

Why don't you consider AD / TXK Delta 15 and revise your questions (if any accordingly)?
