Login issues R12.2.5

Hi Erman,

We are on R12.2.5 and 19c database. We have 2 app node and 2 node RAC.
os redhat 7.9
We have defined 2 oacores on each apps server. We observed below errors in logfiles. We have 500 concurrent users peak.

Caused By: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool EBSDataSource to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry..
