1)what happens when you click to that "more information" button?
2)What do you have in oacore log? (this happens in OAF pages right?)
3)504 Gateway Timeout server error response code indicates that the server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, did not get a response in time from the upstream server that it needed in order to complete the request -- maybe related with the networking --- maybe related with the proxy setting, but maybe.. It depends on the situation..
