Migrate EBS 12.2 to New Server and upgrade

Hi Erman,

 Planning to Migrate our below environment to new Server with Oracle Linux 8.x

Current Environment: 12.2.6/12c RAC/Oracle Linux 6.5

to

New Server with  12.2.13/19c RAC/Oracle Linux 8.x

Please advise on the approach :


Step 1: First upgrade OS from Oracle Linux 6.x--> to 7.x and then 7.x--> 8.x on Existing Server
Step 2: Install 8.x on New Server
Step 3: Migrate 12.2.6/12c RAC (Using Rapid clone) to new Servers
Step 4: Upgrade EBS 12.2.6/12c RAC to 12.2.13/12c RAC  (Only EBS this time)
Step 5: Upgrade Db 12.2.13/12c RAC to 12.2.13/19c RAC (Only DB this time)

But too many down times may be required, if client can not afford single down time for all above steps
