ZD_EDITION_NAME SET2 not getting generated after patch cycles

Hi Erman

ZD_EDITION_NAME SET2 not getting generated after patch cycles.

We have completed full patching cycle (Prepare,apply,finalize,cutover) fs_clone but still shows up only 'SET'1

Even we ran prepare again after fs_clone as well still shows the same 'SET1'.

SQL> select zd_edition_name,zd_sync,count(*) from applsys.fnd_concurrent_programs group by zd_edition_name,zd_sync;

ZD_EDITION_NAME ZD_SYNC COUNT(*)
------------------------------ ------------------------------ ----------
SET1 UPDATED 15732
SET1 INSERTED 1274

Any inputs what could be the reason.
