Is it also possible to call the EBS url without domain name.

Eg:  http://<short_name>.<domain.in>  ==>http://<EBS_hostname>:8000/OA_HTML/
       http://<short_name>  ==>http://<EBS_hostname>:8000/OA_HTML/
