we have encountered the error shown below:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20100: ORA-20100: File o5605765.tmp creation failed.
File could not be opened or operated on as requested.

Action: Make sure the directory - /app/PMTG/apps/apps_st/comn/java/classes/oracle/apps/media - is a valid directory with write permissions and is accessible from the

I have checked the permission, all is ok. Still the issue persists. Do you think the user is running the package as a different user?
