Fix Asset Report

There is a report we execute named fixed asset register text which shows asset information like cost and depreciation etc. Four of the assets vary the values on report and on front end of Cost. The report is text report and a package.

What could be the issue that it is showing the different values on form and report?

ORACLE EBS release 12.1.3
Database Version 11.2.0.4
